********We need a three (3) week turn around, FOR ALL ORDERS, because of supply chains, travel to art shows, school schedules, and printers' schedules.  Please understand, that we are working to connect all the puzzle pieces.  IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM, for any reason, please contact us directly and let us know.  This means if you need them for a funeral dinner, or holiday gift, please, contact us!!!  We will do our best to get them to you, or offer an alternative!!!

 SHIPPING

All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items are final sale. But, please let us know if items arrive broken, we will happily work with you to fix things.  Remember - this is a family owned business, we want you to be happy, please contact us and we will try our best to fix issues.

DAMAGES and ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
